While I was in Vancouver, Simon took the girls out boating just south of Revelstoke, to Upper Arrow Lake. On a good day the view down there is spectacular.
They had a little lunch break onshore.
The place where they stopped used to be the townsite of Arrowhead, and there is evidence of habitation all around. When the Columbia River was dammed in Castlegar in the 50’s this area became flooded. The forget-me-nots remain:
