Every August, Revelstoke holds Bikefest, a celebration of all things biking. The girls dressed up their bikes and participated in their first bike race ever, the downtown criterium. It comprises of a 2km sprint around a few city blocks several times. This year it was made a little tougher by the 33 degree temps that day, but they persevered.
