We 3 girls love painting together. This year I decided to sit back and watch as each girl painted their own street banner. I think this is a great opportunity for young artists self esteem, they get so proud and excited when they see their banners publicly displayed along the lightposts on Victoria Ave.

At the Revelstoke Visual Arts Centre, the girls transfer their design outlines to a piece of clear plastic. They project the image onto the fabric and trace it in marker. Then, the painting begins…
