The girls and I spent the afternoon at our local Railway Museum, where there was a kids event to get in the Christmas spirit. The girls and their friends participated in the various crafts. As would be expected, the ‘decorate a cookie’ table was the most popular. Judging by her face, Madeline ate as much icing as she applied to her cookie.
And of course, what Christmas celebration is not complete without a visit from Ol’ St. Nick. Actually Madeline figured it was someone dressed as Santa since she noticed a shirt peeking out from his sleeve. Hard to pull a fast one on that kid!
